Review summary
Although we were not able to visit Bermuda due to the weather, the entire staff of the Granduer made our vacation the most memorable and we can't thank them enough. First, my wife and I would like to thank Captain Patrick and his staff for keeping all of us safe during the Granduer's change in itinerary due to Hurricane Florence. We also wish to thank our bar server Ketut, in the R-Bar and Pool area, his service was OUTSTANDING! Our room attendant Oliver (Room #7053), was so gracious and accommodating and we could have not asked for any better service. The Main Dining Room service was amazing as well thanks to Glenn, Nilesh, and Yuerong at table #205; they go above and beyond to make you feel truly special on vacation. The cruise director, Bob and his staff did an outstanding job, making everyone feel so welcome and providing so many wonderful shows and activities daily. This staff from top to bottom is the example that all companies should use as a model for amazing customer service. Royal Caribbean should be extremely proud of their staff on board this ship and we hope that the ship continues to sail from Baltimore for many years to come.Embarkation
