retail staff was terrible

the retail staff was terrible - they always ran the prize drawings and started sales early too - need to move those sales


the shoppes were lacking onboard too


staff at the R Bar were winderful - the 2 ladies!!!

it was fine, what we expected except it should have been set for 3 when we arrived. We needed extra towels and we never did get extra drinking glasses.

it was a fine ship but some of the staff left a lot to be desired. We had to ask about the beverage specials (the 25% off, buy one, get one 1/2 off, 20% off wine, Sangria for $7, , daily and no one knew what we were talking about yet it was on the daily paper and on the dining rm menu each night!
