Sick people everywhere on this boat. Obviously people for in sick or the crew was sick. Too many things were cancelled due to weather and sickness. It made it hard to relax and be comfortable. The cleanliness of boat obviously was bad. I saw cleaning only after we heard about sickness.
Pools were closed a good portion of the time as well as the teen areas. What are you supposed to do with a bored teen on a cruise that has nothing to do. I paid for activities and got none.
Drink cards and cups are difficult to get and figure out. We had to go to multiple locations and bar areas before getting help desk involved to get the soda cup for the all you can drink refills. They kept telling us they didn't have them!
Food was pretty good. Enjoyed most.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food\, dining and variety was good. It did get old on this extended cruise.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Many of the activities were cancelled due to rough seas as well as many sick people on board due to sprea of virus and contamination.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Many were cancelled or not available.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Staff is hit or miss. Some are great\, some are a no show. Can't understand a word the captain says.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Small boat. Will be rough in big seas

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Not bad considering. But should cost a bit less for what you get.

Pros: Off Boat Excursions

Cons: Time on the boat

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? No.
