A disappointing shipboard experience

Sail Date: April 01, 2014

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Guest services staff was very inexperienced and rude. So much for the customer is always right. They were not helpful at all about \"unattended children under the age of 16\" being in the solarium(their written policy). After witnessing preteens spitting in the hottub\, we never went in.

Pros: dining room service and shows were good

Cons: Adult solarium area had unattended children. We couln't even use the hot tub. There were no pool attendents in the solarium. I was told by guest services that it wasn't their policy to ask people to leave that area. So much for a quiet adult retreat!
