Grandeur of the Seas Cruise Review to Bermuda
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Family (young children)

Review SummaryOur over experience with Grandeur of the Sea is average. The overall facility of this boat is dated even after upgrades in 2011. We had very limited entertainment choices. Each day there was only one show; and shows quality is mediocre. Kid program basically kept kid in a room without any additional activities. My 9 year old made comment that he liked other cruises kids program much better. The highlight of this cruise is food. Food and dinning service had done stellar job.
Service systems are not working well. For example, phone message system, I followed the direction of getting phone messages, nothing worked, I only got repeated direction of how to listen to messages. Safe box code stopped working for no reason twice. Good luck on calling service desk last 24 hours of your cruise. No one answered phone.
