A Grand Experience

Sail Date: November 07, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

The ship was fantastic. Simple and easy to get around but with classy and refined elegance. Yes, they did have some major plumbing/smell issues initialy, but I guess we got lucky that it didn't bother us once the toilets were fixed after the first days.

Pros: Cruise & Activities Directors and staff

Cons: Cruiser attitudes

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
People din't flush toilets after use in public bathrooms but I guess if your that old you can barely get off the pot in the first place\, maybe you can't be bothered to press the flush button.
Food and Dining
This is were this ship truly met and exceeded expectations. I will surely miss the food!
Cabin / Stateroom
Small\, but has everything you needed and the stateroom made sure it stayed clean and perfect.
Service and Staff
From the top down\, they were all amazing\, and given the age\, extreme pickiness\, and entitled attitudes of the majority of the demographic on this cruise...lets just say they had a tough crowd to work with.
Entertainment
All great.
