A good cruise

Room Type: Suite

No specialty restaurants and the ship is a little tired. Needs some strong renovation.

Pros: The staff was wonderful and friendly

Cons: Very hispanic cruise almost all announcements and shows were in Spanish this was not revealed prior to booking.

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? Yes!

Needed a new matress and some good updating. Good sized room and wonderful balcony.
Entertainment
Mostly in Spanish and no English friendly.
Service and Staff
Always there to try and make it enjoyable friendly and interactive.
