Grandeur was GRAND!

Sail Date: July 01, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The staff was excellent! The food and services were top notch!

Pros: Friendliness of the staff aboard the ship, they will do anything to completly satisly you!

Cons: The second show we saw was weak, don't know if the sound system was bad or the singers weren't as good.

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? Yes!

The guest comedians, the guest musicians and especially the piano bar player were wonderful! About the only drawback was the second night performance of the onboard singers and dancers, it was very weak.
Ship Quality
The ship size and layout was perfect. Easy access to everything and signs clearly marked and posted as to where places and things were located onboard.
Food and Dining
Food in the dining room was excellent, the Wind Jammer was great too. About the only drawback would be that a better selection could be offered at both places, but overall the taste and quality was wonderful!
Cabin / Stateroom
We had an Oceanview room, it was always maintained and cleaned TWICE! Our Stateroom attendant went far and above expected, we were very satisfied!
Service and Staff
The ENTIRE staff was wonderful! I realize they must maintain friendliness, but you could tell they were not faking the friendliness or sincerity.
