Sail Date: April 01, 2010
Ship: Grandeur of the Seas
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple

Eventhough the ship is 14 years old, it is still in fine shape. The amount of deck space seems to be greater per passenger than many other ships, including the new bigger ships.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Everything I ate during the five days onboard was tasty and mostly delicious. The dinner menus offered a good variety of appetizers, entres and desserts that should please all.

5 out of 5
The activities were well planned. There was plenty to choose from, and always entertaining. There were no lines and no waiting.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The crew did everything possible to make sure we were happy with our being too present.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship has been well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The staterooms were well maintained and our attendant was exceptional. The TV was clealry dated, but who goes on a cruise to watch TV?

Pros: The crew was professional and very friendly. The food was plentiful and high quality.

Cons: The shore excursions were OK, but probably would recommend touring on our own.

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? Yes!
