Ship appeared to be older. Stateroom was smallest I have had in 4 cruises (others with other lines). No refrigerator, hair dryer. Smaller bathroom. Steward not as visible as on other cruises. In dining room, waiters were neglegent and full of excuses. Food in buffet was ok, but not as varied a selection as on other cruise line ships. Cruise was delayed by hurricane, and there was little communication about that. We lost an entire day at port - was supposed to be 2 whole days; we only got 3/4 of one day. Compensation was 25% of price of this cruise on our next cruies with Royal. Was not impressed, and do not know if I ever want to use that credit for another cruise with them!

Pros: shopping onboard

Cons: not much communication about the delay problem

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? No.
