This was our 41st cruise and the 10th with RCCL. It took us very little time to get aboard the ship once we arrived at the pier. In San Juan, our wheelchair broke. The crew repaired it and we had it back in a day or two. Samana, D.R. is a waste of time. The tours are expensive as usual and the is nothing here. In Labadee, Haiti, you can not push a wheelchair in the sand so you have to hire someone to push the wheelchair. These 2 ports are useless if you are in a wheelchair. The Captain of this ship is great. No custom regulation information was given at the Port & Shopping talk so people would know what they can buy and what they cannot buy.

Pros: the food and the entertainment

Cons: custom information
