Computers were down at check-in and had to stand in line for hours. Ship was supposed to take off at 5pm and did not take off due to the computers until 7pm. At times there did not seem to be as much to do as Carnival ships. We purchased an oversized oceanview room and it was the same size as others we saw on the ship. We didn't recieve towel animals each day and the waiters didn't sing to us each night like Carnival and we were cheated out of the pool party due to rain, however Royal Carribean could have rescheduled for the next night but instead just piled everyone on the ship into the disco.

Pros: The captains humor

Cons: the price

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? No.
