We arrived early, about 11:00 am, to the pier and we were able to walk right up to the desk, check in, and then board so that we could stow our luggage in the cabin. In all, it took about 15 minutes. It was great. We ate four nights in the dining room and three nights in the Windjammer. Our service at both locations was incredible. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the Windjammer was great. There was cooked to order omelets, pancakes, waffles, eggs, bagels -- anything you wanted, they had it. We thought that the food was wonderful. The onboard entertainment was first class. The dancers and the stand-up comedians (especially Scott Record), were definitely the best. There were always plenty of things to do. My only regret was that I didn't get to do some things during the day because I was lying out by the pool instead. We did not go through Royal Caribbean for the shore excursions (too expensive) we went out on our own and had a great time. If you go to Cozumel, go to Chankanaab National Park. There is something for everyone there. We went snorkeling and then watched the dolphins. They had an area where you could actually swim with them. There was also a great beach, sea lion exhibit, lagoon, and an archeological park that contained ancient stone artifacts that was interesting to see.Afterwards, we went into town and did some shopping. In Key West we made sure we went to the Original Sloppy Joe's (Capt. Tony's) for a drink and we also did the Old Town Trolley Tour, which was very informative. The cruise director, Tom Canosa, was hilarious and did a good job of entertaining everyone and keeping everyone involved. The ship itself is in very good condition for all of the use and years it's been in service. The Centrum is gorgeous. There were a couple of spots were the carpet was somewhat faded around the ship, however, you had to really look to notice it. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to cruise with Royal Caribbean again. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
