This was our 15th cruise on RCCL, our 2nd this year (the 1st was disappointing as well), and our first cruise back on the Grandeur since her inaugural. It was very sad to see how RCCL has allowed this relatively new ship to get so run down at such a young age. Tarnished brass, stained wood, worn carpet, missing fixtures etc... The second black eye, was the level of service. We experienced RUDE treatment from the dining room staff, (not our regular waiter of course, but at lunch) and room service. Our cabin was never properly cleaned. The food was mediocre at best, breakfast at an Embassy Suites, Hilton, or Wyndam is far better in comparison. 500 words is not enough to describe how RCCL has declined in the last 3 years. I can no longer recommend this line to anyone, and this diamond level crown and anchor family will be looking elsewhere for our vacations.
