When we went to the Pursers desk it was very obvious we were bothering them. We had a $100. on board credit which they could not locate. We had the receipt of purchase faxed to the Miami main office and was still told we would have to deal with the issue after the cruise...what good is an onboard credit AFTER the cruise. We then did not get a blow dryer in our cabin, after asking 8 times we were told they would bring a blow dryer from an employee for us to use BUT we must then return it. Food was cold to lukewarm and I compare the quality to Golden Corral...Golden Corral is fine for what you pay, but expected much better quality on Royal Carribean. In talking with other guest we were not alone in our assesment. Have been on many cruise lines, but this was the worst cruise we have ever been on.

Took all showers in Sauna area as bathroom had no ventilation and always smelled like septic, used as little as possible, but housekeeping very nice and did everything she could to assist us when necessary.

Pros: Service in the dining room, pool deck and buffet was excellent

Cons: Service at customer service desk terrible, food poor quality

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? No.
