Recently we were on the"grandeur of the sea", (13 of us travelled in our group) nothing about it was grandeur. First we had trouble with them delivering our lugage nobody knew where it was we waited probably 4hrs (about 9pm) before our lugage was located making my sister miss dinner the 1st nite since dinner was 6pm. Then we that went to dinner had some promlems with seating, they had put another couple at our table then to make it worse the head waiter asked us to leave the table even before verifying the table # and admitting it was their mistake. They had split us into two groups when we asked if we could have one table, the Patron just said no without any explanation,it was just impossible for him to do.It was now a head waiter that latter explained that a long table could only sit 10. At this point i really was over this trip. The waiter at our table was very pleasant i must say (Mr.Pablo) he was the best thing on the cruise concerning dinner. The room was another thing,at one point we called to ask if they were rationing the water because everytime we used the bathroom it would not flush then when you called them it flushed.
I could go on about some other things like attitudes, saying thank you and just getting a stare . My spouse actually told a waiter that he really did not have to wait on us if he didn't want to !!!!!
I personally i have been on 6 cruises (caneval & disney) 2 with my family but it's never been this bad. I mean sometime you have some discomforts but nothing like this .We will definitely not be travelling with Royal Carribean ever again.
They havr lost this customer forever !!!!!!!!!
