This is our second time on Grander. We were pleased to see how much has improved since our last time on her 3 years ago. The food in the dinning room was excellent and the Windjammer was equal to any other ship. The only negative was they did away with the food trays in the Windjammer.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Never had a bad dinner. Only thing negitive (and this has been on all our cruises) their steaks didn't have that steakhouse flavor. Deserts inproved 100% from our last cruise. Every day I asked for a large roll (they cut them 2 or 3 inches) from the Windjammer chef and made a excellent sub every day.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was in need of some cosmetic improvements, like re-painting the pool, but mainly a nice ship. Other than the pool restrooms being trashed, the ship was very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Rooms are small and there is no storage for suitcases under beds, but we found there was just enought room for the 2 of us.

Pros: food and service

Cons: no trays in Windjammer
