This ship was an older ship. It had some creaking and banging. Major banging on the wall of our interior stateroom. Staff was nice. Entertainment was good. This was not my first cruise, but it maybe my last cruise with RC.

They could have done a better job cleaning the elevator buttons, especially due to the Swine Flu outbreak.

Size was good, but could do without the loud mystery banging on the wall.

Pros: Maybe in a few weeks I will be able to find something good to say.

Cons: The way RC handled the delay in sailing and the FUTURE cruise credit. RC had an opportunity to make things right with their guests, but chose to sweep it under the rug.

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? No.
