We had a nice time. It was my 5th cruise and my companion's 1st cruise. We both had a good time, despite the very small bathroom in the stateroom. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The bars and lounges were very inviting and all had different themes. The Viking Lounge ended up being oour favorite. It is at the very top of the ship and has great views. The food was delicious and plentifiul.

Pros: Friendly staff and nice bars and lounges

Cons: small bathroom, limited tv with repeats

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom bathrooms were very small. That is the only way you can tell this ship is a little older. The ship is well maintained.
Ship Quality
Layout was good. Ship was very clean.
Food and Dining
Food was delicious and in abundance. There was a variety to choose from each dinner.
Service and Staff
Everyone was extremely friendly and always there to help you. We had a small mishap in the Windjammer cafe which to us was no big deal. However, they sent chocolate covered strawberries to our stateroom later in the day as an apology.
The entertainment was good and always there if you wanted to go to it. The shows including the ship's singers & dancers, comedians, etc.
