overall had a wonderful time - the Costa Maya port of call is just a tourist trap.

we were going to snorkel the day we arrived but the trip was canceled because of rough waves. Instead we went into the "city" spent 30 minutes there and went back to the ship.

we went to the Plyma Mia beach party which ended up being a luke warm mexican buffet. Afterwards we went to beach with a thousand others. Very hard to find a place to relax on the beach. To get a drink you had to go back up to the buffet area.

Pros: food and employees of the ship

Cons: none
