Review SummaryThis was our second cruise on the same ship in a period of less than eight weeks. We booked the second one because the first cruise was so great. The second one was not so much fun. Ship was two days late leaving because of mechanical problems so we sat in Baltimore looking at I95. Once on the way we were unable to make Port due to late departure and weather. We booked for Bermuda and were told that would not be possible so we would be taken to Nassau but that didn't happen either. Corporate representatives said we would get a 50% reduction of the price of the first cruise and 25% off a future cruise. After we were underway the 25% off was changed to 25% off the price of what we paid for the Cruise to Nowhere. Didn't seem fair or even honest but we were told that what they said and what they wrote in their email was not what they meant.
All this aside, the ship was nice and we enjoyed most of the cruise. Due to weather conditions some shows were cancelled or changed w/o advance notice which was not a very nice way to treat passengers. There was no problem announcing Bingo or Auctions so why not announce schedule changes?
We will cruise again and will enjoy it but we think "Corporate" should review their customer service training program and be a little more customer friendly, especially when problems arise. Most of the people on the cruise were unhappy with the situation but made the best of it. Corporate could have been a little more flexible.
