Mostly everything was good. In our room they don't have conditioner for hair and the first time I used the body wash because I thought it was the conditioner. Some of the toilets need repairing. Workers for state rooms are very nice and got anything we asked for and did anything we as them to do. The food was very good on the whole ship. The only thing I don't understand is the waffles that are at the ice cream bar and I don't understand why they don't put them with the pancakes and french toast. The ice cream machines were not working and have been broken for some time. They were not working on the last cruise we went on.  Some of the entertainment wasn't the best and couldn't understand some of the people because of their accent. Also the trivia shows were too hard for most and some people had a big group and it controlled the smaller group.  I wondered if people used cell phones to get some answers. Some people have been on cruises before and knew the answers. There needs to be new information. The casino slot machines are so tight that hardly anyone was winning. The area were the ramp that goes into the casino has an floor ash tray and a lot of people sit and smoke in that area and it is unbearable for people that don't smoke. I asked the person that worked in the casino if they could move the ash tray and they said no. I don't play many machines and one of them is right by the ash tray. I am going to bring a mask to wear the next cruise I go on, if I play that machines. I know it is OK to smoke but people blow the smoke right my way and I can't breath. Isn't there any way there could be a smoking area if they aren't playing a machine or are not gambling. Sometimes there are five or more people standing there smoking. I enjoyed the hot weather  in Mexico and went to the pool everyday in Mexico. Enjoyed the Pizza's. The movies need improving. In our room the TV's need improving also. If my husband wasn't handicap I wouldn't go on cruises as much as we do. Aaron and the other guy that did the line dancing (forget his name) were very good with the entertainment. I hope this information is passed on to the Grand Princess Ship Captain. I have been told the ship is suppose to be out for a few months for repairs, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Maybe we need to try another ship. Thanks, Lois
