I have only cruised on carnival before and did the same southern carribean cruise twice it was amazing. Great food, so many activities and games and prizes to win. Still hadn't sean all the fun between two cruises will have to go again. With princess being a sister company i guess my standards were set too high. Princess comes in way low on the scale next to carnival in all phases. Buffet 1/3 the size, shows and comedy not as long or often, drink availability not there. I was dry mouth most of the time. Took 3 days to get fruit bowl. Two days to get robes. Only one person remembered my name and greeted me regular and that was a casino attendent. Dont order the fish, it definatly tastes fishey. NEver have i spit foid from my mouth in public before but i did twice on that ship. seafood poisoning is to. horrible to risk. And i love fish and was looking foreward to eating some since my roomate doesnt eat it . I was on a death boat too. First night a man died, second night a woman died, third night i was told someone passed o. But i dont know details for sure and then i just stopped listening just prayed for peoples health. I brought a frii had raved si much on cruising ed who had never cruised and
