Will not sail Princess again

Sail Date: August 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Princess has a lot of catching up to do to other cruise lines. Service overall is very poor\, half the staff has a difficult time understanding english\, the ship is old\, even though it has been through a rehab recently\, and lots of other issues found.

Pros: Scenery

Cons: service lacking on board

Recommends Grand Princess? No.

Children's Programs
There is a teen and kids program. Nothing special here.
No shows until the last two days of the cruise.
Service and Staff
Service was lacking in every area\, from the room staff\, to the dining room.
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom was decent but showed it's age.
Food and Dining
Food is of banquet quality at best. Very bland.
Ship Quality
Ship is one of the oldest in the fleet\, and it shows.
