an unforgettable vacation!

We are experienced cruisers, but this was our first time on Princess. We were most impressed by the quality of food, and the availability of dining even with the anytime dining(more about that later). However, there were some problems, most notably the lack of information available; even the daily paper had no mention of the dining hours and locations. The purser's desk handles everything; there is no concierge or info desk (except for a tour desk, which was not very helpful), hence the lines for the purser's desk were very long. The port talks focused mainly on history, not so much practical info as we've seen on other cruises.

Pros: ports/shore excursions and food

Cons: lack of information!

Recommends Grand Princess? Yes!
