when you are told you will have V.I.P. disembarkation & then you are the last people off the ship over four hours after the first people disembark & no one was of any help. the purser was RUDE & could have cared less that we were waiting that long. when we got to our luggage, our color tags were the last & only baggage left in the terminal, meaning not only did we NOT get V.I.P. disembarkation, we were the very last passengers to get off. and it was not because of a problem. people were getting off at 8:00 a.m. so the cruise was nice, but the over four hour wait to get off the ship ruined what would have been a lovely cruise. that left a very bad taste in our mouth!

Pros: we were in the Grand Suite which was beautiful, worth the price.

Cons: disembarkation was HORRIBLE. we paid almost $6,000.00 & were made to wait over 4 hours to get off the ship. as a matter of fact, we were the LAST color tag off the ship. we got off at 11:25. first people were off 8:00 a.m.

Recommends Grand Princess? No.
