Cruise Sept 15,20021.It took my husband over 30 minutes to find someone to push me on board as I was in my wheelchair.2.The service in the main dining room at ourearly sitting left a lot to be desired. We have never had to wait for our water, etc. ever before and we have been on over 30 cruises. We sat with 2 couples who love Princess and have been on 14 Princess cruised and they could not understand what the problem was with the service and they certainly were going to let the proper people know of their dissatifaction,she also was handicapped and did not get assisted as she should have been.3.The lack of order at the breakfast buffet was something we have never seen before. There was no even flow to the line as there are islands that people keep cutting in front of you to get to.Everything should go along smoothly in some logical order.People are rude enough without giving them cause to be make it worse.Also, there was no one to help the handicapped with their dish to get a seat or carry their dishes for them or to help get them their juice or coffee. Our tablemates had to go to the dining room because she could not get assistance with getting her dishes to the table and there were no trays available or service people to help her.4.There was no help for my husband to get medown to our departure station for the handicapped. In fact it was stated on their disembarkation: Please note, we are unable to escort passengers down from their cabins for wheelchair assistance on Sunday.(our table mates also had the same problem)We were very disappointed as we had been told by so many people that Princess,including our table mates, was thevery best and we would like it the best.We will gladly take HAL, RCI or Celebrity over Princess any day.Now for the good part. Our cabin was great,the cabin steward, great service.The ship itself is really beautiful and has a lot to offer. The food was very good and thevariety very good.The breafast buffet food was very good with good variety.We did have avery nice time as we feel, we make our own good time.We could not, in good conscience, recommend Princess to anyone because of our experience but we will give it another chance in the future.
