The Grand Princess is very organized. We were on the ship within 10 minutes. We had the express check in. We recommend the express check in/out. We preferred personal choice dining and ate from the buffet most of the time. We ate at two dining rooms and the Da Vinci we did not care for, but the Painted Desert was good. The waiter at the Da Vinci was too pushy. You get a much greater selection on the buffet.Entertainment was good. The Lido deck was the best spot to hang out when your at sea all day. A lot of action going on there.Ports of call were good except for Costa Maya. Nothing there. Best place to shop is Cozumel.Room service was good and our room steward, Angelo, was great. He really took good care of us!!!!The Grand Princess is the way to go!!!!!!!!!!
