We went on the Grand Princess and it was great! Everything went well and smoothly. Don't listen to what others have to say. The staff must be the best out of all the other cruise lines today. Funny, smart, always looked intelligent and always ready to help. There is a bar staff which come around up on deck and in the show lounges and bars to serve you you drinks, so you don't even have to get up. The cruise staff, which keep you entertained, are halarious! The dancers and singers who perform on the Princess Broadway shows, are fabulous. Your stateroom steward always keeps your room nice and tidy. You even get a chocolate on each pillow with a little good night note. Quite impressive. And everyone else was great too. Entertainment was great. They have so many shows a night ... whether it's Broadway shows, comedians and other cabaret performers, singers, and even game shows hosted by the funny and friendly cruise staff. There is just too much to write about our Princess experience. We had been on the Sea Princess last year, Grand and Ocean Princess this year, and now we are already planning our next cruise which will hopefully be to Alaska. But wherever we go, it will always be on Princess because they really know how to treat their guests right! Way to go Princess, Way to go!
