This was our first time with 3 kids - ages 13,12 and 7. It was a wonderful experience! Embarkation and disembarkation went sooo smooth. Food was good. Only thing, not a week of mashed potatoes or meatloaf, so prepare yourself to eat different and try different things. They do have pizza, hot dogs, and hamburgers around the pool and a kids' menu in the formal dining room. Never seemed crowded anywhere on ship. Shows were good for adults and kids. Kids' programs were good and allowed them a variety of things to do if and when they choose to attend. We had two rooms and they were clean, spacious and adequate. Someone was always willing to help, answer you, take away soda cups, plates, etc. The staff was wonderful, from embarkation to servers, to pizza men to band members, etc. I truly recommend this cruise to anyone. Not a wild young group, age average was in the 40s. Personal choice dining is the only way to go, especially with kids. We plan to cruise again in 2 years.
