Review Summary

While this ship has some nice public areas, the staff was a nightmare. We felt as if we were trespassing and they could barely tolerate us even being there. The pursers desk, visited several times to try to resolve reservation screw-ups, was useless as they failed to be helpful 100% of the time. The layout of the Buffet is a colossal failure that made it impossible to get it's below average food in reasonable time, and without coming out angry. In an industry that must succeed or fail based upon service, this ship deserves to be in dry dock very soon.

Ship Experiences

Food and Dining

Buffet was a nightmare to navigate, and food was well below average. Dining room service and food quality was very good. They messed up our dining reservation, and it was a fight to correct...and never actually got straightend out the entire cruise.

comedians were good. Ship singers/dancers...with exception of a couple of individuals...were very disappointing.

Cabin / Stateroom

Good for what it was. We were spoiled to a larger room on another cruise line. inadequate storage space.

Pros: Dining room waiter and cabin steward

Cons: Can't begin to list them in this space
