We were very disappointed with the overall experience. The food was mediocre to abysmal. Fish so overcooked it was literally hard. Consome served lukewarm and rude waiters. We were a large group and did not try the speciality restaurants but learned from other passengers that was the only way to get a good meal.
Staff throughout seemed to be untrained and uncaring. The ship itself is difficult to learn. Blocked off stairways and non-functioning or poorly functioning elevators.
