Review SummaryWe had the best time...we were treated spectacularly by the crew...loved being pampered for a change. Our room steward, Rosemarie is the best. Our bartenders Ronnie and Herra fantastic! Waiters in Bernini restaurant wonderful! The Golden is cleaner than many hotels we've been in. We met other people other than our group and had a great time with them also. The seas were very rough and we missed Ketchikan b/c of the high seas; lots of people sick; luckily not our group. Very rainy in ports we did visit. Maybe cruise lines shouldn't sail as late as mid-September...too risky.

Pros: General atmosphere; great crew; very clean
Cons: Princess theater too hot!! no a/c. Gangways need to be covered in ports (Alaska) b/c security scans take so long and the weather is harsh
