7 Night Alaska Inside Passage (Seattle Roundtrip)
Sail Date: June 07, 2008
Ship: Golden Princess
Cabin Type: Suite
Traveled As: Couple

I was somewhat apprehensive reading other reviews regarding the dated ship furnishings and decor. However, I felt that the ship was well appointed with the latest in decor as well as extremely comfortable furniture and very well laid out room designs. The amount of onboard activities were amazing and the crew and staff were outstanding.

The White Pass train trip is also a 'must-do' If you wish to see scenery like no other, take this 3.5 hour trip. It is not too long or too short.

The whale watching excursion was absolutely a 'must-do' Not only did we see over a dozen whales, we also took in sightings of bald eagles and sea lions.

Although rainy, it was a pleasure to walk the streets of this quaint township. Make certain you visit Creek Street and its' many shops.

Pros: Friendliness of Staff, Cleanliness and Ship Ammenities

Cons: Short Port visits
