We were on another line 2 yrs ago, 10 day cruise, visited these 3 ports. We have been on 10 cruises, and never had so many criticisms. The first dinner, my husband got well done meat, and had asked for medium rare. Worse, the waiter never came back until we were all finished. Both our baked potatoes were cold and hard. The food on buffet was very good, especially the prime rib, and meat cut to order. However, we never got beverages (coffee, water, ice tea) unless we flagged a waiter. Lots of time, we just got up and got our own. Towards the end of the week, my husband again got Beef Welllington well done, but the waither noticed it and took it back and in a short time, brought out a medium rare portion. Desserts were all wonderful, in dining room and buffet. Some of the breakfast food was not warm, but we noticed that on few other cruises. French toast and Oatmeat were great. The room steward was great, and we tipped him extra in addition to what was posted to our bill. Enjoyed the trivia and jeopardy games and the movies. Also enjoyed the piano music in the main foyer and we were not pressured to buy drinks. On other cruises, the port and shopping person would give information and maps on doing the port on your own (we had previously done excursions of the ports) When I asked him and the purser's office, they each said not to go to Old Mazatlan, but to Diamonds Intl. I did not want to shop, just to look at the old area. all in all, we did enjoy the cruise, but did not have so many problems on our previous cruises.

Pros: Evening Entertainment

Cons: Food in dining room, service at buffet
