Enjoyed fun week to St. Thomas and St. Maarten.Ship was full but since it is so large this was not a problem.Only problem was with purser desk which were not generally friendly or concerned about passenger problems.Had stateroom water leak first day which required ceiling removal, etc. It tookseveral days to recover and get in cruise spirit again.Food was excellent, with many choices. Personal Choice dining was convenientand an easy way to cruise without time constraints.Entertainment was superior and cruise director and staff were superb.Horizon Court dining area could change to brewed coffee/tea and increase customer staisfaction extremely. They use a canned concentrated coffee/tea in this areaand it is not as good as in normal dining areas. Also, kool-aid or punch would be helpful for kids in the Horizon Court area.Spa and kids play areas were excellent with personable staff with quality talent and skills. Captain daily announcements were beneficial and informational.Embarkation and disembarkation went fast with no major problems.Security was adequate in each port.Overall a rewarding cruise.
