7 Night Alaska Inside Passage (Seattle Roundtrip)

Ship: Golden Princess
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple

The Golden Princess is a large ship . The balcony cabins are a must when you travel to Alaska, The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful from the buffet to the diiners. You are assigned a dining time and a a table If you don't like the time or the table, All you have to do is make a reservation and you can go any time from 5 to 10. We loved it. Even if you don't make a reservation, you can just show up. We did that once and just had to wait for 5 minutes to get seated.

DOn't waste your time or money visiting the Salmon Bake. It was not worth the money. You will have plenty of salmon on the ship.

The white pass railroad trip to the summit is great. The trip is long over 3 hours round trip. You can book this trip yourself and save 35 dollars by contacting the White pass railroad directly, they have a webpage

This is a tourist trap. There are more jewelry stores in this town than any where else.

Pros: Princess treats you like royalty. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Food is terrific and entrtainment is awesome

Cons: Some of the Alaskan town that are visited are no more than tourist traps.
