Petgin and Thommy were the BEST waiters. They were fantastic with my granddaughter and was prepared for just about anything and even made a bed using 2 chairs when she fell asleep on her mama just before they started bringing out our dinner. They made sure we had everything we needed and especially had the child’s plate out very quickly so we didn’t ha e to try and entertain her until all the plates came out...... They made it very enjoyable dining experience.

Would’ve been better if not for all the cigarettes smoke I couldn’t stand being in there to long so it definitely ruined my casino experience

They were very clean and enjoyable and loved the Solarium pool was really nice

The life guards made sure we took off her swimming diaper but didn’t keep the infants and non potty trained babies out of the pools

Our waiters Petgin & Thommy went above and beyond with my 3 yr old granddaughter cause she always seemed to get exhausted right around dinner and they were very quick to help solve and situation we ran into and either was very quick to make sure they put her order in right away if she was awake to have it ready for her or to make sure they had a plate to go for her . Everyone was very polite was very good with the children at all times....

Sampson was as friendly and accommodating as anyone could be and there was nothing that he wasn’t able to make possible. He was always asking if there was anything he could do to make our experience better which there wasn’t cause it was FANTASTIC!! I loved all the towel animals he made and left on the beds and if we ended up taking a nap when we came back the bed was always made .
