Very congested and not super user friendly.

RC really works their staff to death it seems like. I feel like other cruise lines they hire enough staff that they can actually enjoy us the guests and interact more with us. RC could use some better disinfectants in the showers. Ours had mold between the shower door and wall. Under the beds looked like they hadn't vacuumed in months

Ship tip

Check to see who is going to be your captain ...mostly go with another cruise line. They had very little activity on the pool deck. By fAR my least favorite cruise ship so far and extremely disappointed in ROYAL CARIBBEAN

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

We didn't get to experience Labadee OR any RC private islands. Due to weather, however harmony of the seas had same issue and their captain took them to another RC private island enroute home. Don't sail on any ship captain Toni sails. We heard from even service staff "we know if we miss a port captain tony will make it another day at sea, he doesnt like RC Bahama islands

We enjoy this stop the weather wasn't great, but another cruise line took us here and their excursions were much better and cheaper

Too short of time here. But we enjoyed a free beach right off the dock

sounds like they just feel like complaining because they had a lousy vacation. Freedom is an excellent ship and we had a great time on board.

I am on Freedom right now and having an amazing time! Friendly staff, nice cabin, fun atmosphere, good food, can't find anything to complain about! Sorry you had a lousy experience. Wish you'd elaborate.

I went on the Freedom of the Seas last year and loved it. My wife and I have booked another cruise on FOS for 2018. We like RCL.

Doesn't help if you don't explain. I love RC and use directlinecruise.com they give the best prices that I've seen and no real problems.
