Review summary

Didn't feel there was enough staff. Dirty dishes were not actively being removed from tables in Sorrento's Pizza, Cafe Promenade & buffet. Felt funny just leaving our dirty dishes on the table when there were other people looking for an empty table. Cabin steward cleaning carts w/clean towels & sheets and vacuum cleaners left in hallway most of the week. We had it right outside our cabin door. No food available outside by pool. Have to go downstairs to Deck 5 for pizza or sandwich or through the inside buffet. This was 7th cruise and 1st on Royal Caribbean. We're going back to Carnival. Better service and layout of ships much better.

Cafe Promenade: There was a heaping TEASPOON of egg salad and a small piece of lettuce on my sandwich. I ate that in one bite and left all the bread. They are VERY skimpy with deli meats on the sandwiches. Get 2 sandwiches and convert into 1 decent sandwich.

Who wants to eat inside all the time on a ship in the middle of the beautiful Caribbean. Need food available outside near the pool.

Can buy a $20 two hour tour once you get off ship. We saw governor's mansion, Hell (nothing great but bathroom available), Tortuga Rum & Rum Cake Store w/free samples of both, & spent 20 minutes watching participants in the water at Dolphin Discovery. Turtle Farm across the street but it would cost an extra $10 to go in. Got dropped off at Calico Jack's on 7 Mile Beach. Taxis available back to port.

Make sure you negotiate prices on souvenirs. If they say no, combine a few items for a package deal at a lower price.
