Review summary

We had a wonderful time on the ship. The staff were out of this world and the food was great. Even tired snails for the first time and yummy. My husband loved the rock climbing and flowrider (boggie board). I think he caught the bug for rock climbing. Our steward Bruce was so great and helpful. Enjoyed talking with him. The staff works so hard. The ice show was fantastic and amazing to skate on a short rink. Comedy was very funny. Would recommend Freedom of the Seas and the ports. We went on an ATV tour in St. Marteen and the tour was well done. Rode your own and went to two beaches. Very pretty. Would recommend doing this excursion.

Service and Staff

Can not say enough with the staff we dealt with and how they treated us.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship very clean and even the public bathrooms were kept very nice.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very nice cabin and in a good spot. Near the elevators and stairs. 2 floors away from the main floor. Nice view of ocean since we had an balcony. No noise from hallway or next door rooms. Of course the bathrooms are small and was ready to be home for our own. LOL

Ship tip

The dining room food was very good and a nice change from the Windjammer food at lunch. Windjammer after 3 days served fresh salad which was a nice change to have something light to eat. At bit hard to get a seat at breakfast in the Windjammer. Ate in Chops Grille, great staff. Food good.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

Live in florida and if visiting worth seeing the NASA site. Well worth it.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

Make sure you head out to rocks. Saw some great fish and bring a underwater camera.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Stay by ship to shop unless going to excerison-shop owners very pushy in town. Taxi on $4 a piece with 25 people per at dock.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Take the ATV tour. Awesome.
