My husband and I have sailed on Royal caribbean ship before and loved it. This ship was well kept although the crew wasn't the most helpful or polite. They lost our bags, they never ended up stopping at Coco Cay, We would have to find our stateroom attendant to get the room cleaned. Nothing ever just got handled.
