I had some poor and some wonderful experiences, many rules and regulations too restricting. They should of charged a little more and less nickel and diming each passenger. Also, some of the quality of the in ship shopping was poor. I bought 3 watches for my children, very inexpensive and they broke within a day and they would not refund, be careful
