pros and cons

Sail Date: July 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

I had some poor and some wonderful experiences, many rules and regulations too restricting. They should of charged a little more and less nickel and diming each passenger. Also, some of the quality of the in ship shopping was poor. I bought 3 watches for my children, very inexpensive and they broke within a day and they would not refund, be careful

Pros: entertainment was excellent

Cons: hot and cold serice from crewmembers

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Service and Staff
some very good and some very not so good people, overall most were good. It only takes one or two to make it a bad experience
Entertainment
Fantastic
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
The food was good in the dining rooms, however, the food in the buffet ws not good to me or my family. Poor selection and quality
Cabin / Stateroom
We had a interior room, from Florida so was not worried about ocean view. Next time if e go, I will spend for ocean view
Children's Programs
initially were not very organized at all
