We sailed Sept 30, 2012.This was our first cruise and we celebrated our 30th anniversary We had a wonderful time and would definately cruise RC again. Freedom of the Seas is a massive ship with a multitude of activities-- you can do as much or as little as you want. I'm so glad our TA booked us on the Freedom for our first time. The Freedom made it memorable and we will expect nothing less in the future, no matter which line we cruise.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
From the Windjammer to Galileo\"s to Portofino to the shops on the Promenade our food was fantastic. Johnny Rockets was a blast. Staff everywhere was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed room service for breakfast many mornings--excellent selections.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We had been told that most cruise ships had great entertainment. The Freedom definately is topnotch!!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Loved our stateroom attendant Ethel--so friendly\, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our daily chats and her animal towels. Everyone was polite and helpful whenever we had a question or needed guidance.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
No problem here---eveything was spotless and the layout of the ship was well displayed near all the elevators and screens with the days activities were placed in high traffic areas. An immense ship!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our only complaint was our speaker/intercom system did not work in our stateroom. Whenever the captain or cruise director made an announcement we had to open our door so we could hear from the hallway. Otherwise our stateroom was great\, loved our balcony.

Pros: Entertainment was topnotch\, food was wonderful\, staff were very courteous and professional. Loved our stateroom attendant.

Cons: Falmouth\, Jamaica -- rather scary if you left the enclosed shopping area. Didnt feel safe.
