Beautiful Ship

Sail Date: January 16, 2011

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

Overall the ship was really nice. Never felt like it was over crowed. Service was good. Entertainment was amazing. Cruise director did a super job! Always plenty to do with 3 days at sea.

Pros: Ship was always very clean. Shows were amazing!

Cons: My Time Dining wasn't "my time "you still had to make reservations. We were never able to get the time we wanted.

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Was not able to get a pitcher of water in our room had to order by the glass for room service. Was very unconvenient.
Service and Staff
Our wait staff in dining rooms were terrific. The wait staff in the lounges were not very friendly. Our cabin attendent was great too.
Food and Dining
Food quality was great and the ambiance was good. It was a little crowed with tables being very close to each other. Also the convenience of My Time Dining wasn't really "my time" You still had to make reservations and we were never able to get the time we wanted. Our Waiters were wonderful!
Ship Quality
Entertainment
Entertainment was great!
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
not a must see. The beach was beautiful. But if you are not into the beach stay on the ship.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Had booked a tour and it was good. The restaurants were very expensive on the French side and they were in Euros currency.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
took a tour offered right at our drop off. It was really nice and the price was very good. The island was beautiful. Don't waste your time shopping unless you are there to buy diamonds or spend lots of money.
