A Cruise to Remember

Sail Date: September 26, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

This ship is simply too beautiful for mere words. The Promenade will take your breath away. Our stateroom was extremely comfortable with ample room to relax and catch up on some news or simply read a book. The ice show is gorgeous and the other shows are very entertaining. This is our sixth cruise with Royal Caribbean and the best yet.

Pros: Promenade and Stateroom

Cons: Food

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Food and Dining
Dining room food was too exotic for my taste but there are other restaurants if you want a great steak or wonderful Italian food. Also places to eat on the Promenade which children would like.
Ship Quality
A beautiful ship that was beautifully maintained. So clean that it sparkled.
Cabin / Stateroom
Our stateroom was quite roomy and very comfortable. The largest one we have had to date.
Service and Staff
The entire staff we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful.
Entertainment
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Shopping is excellent with great values.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Took a van tour of both the Dutch and French side. Very informative.
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
We have been to Cococay numerous times and always have a delightful day in the sun.
