7 Night Western Caribbean (Port Canaveral Roundtrip)
Sail Date: June 13, 2010
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Family (young children)
Reviewed: 7 years ago
Quite and enjoyable cruise though it was marred by a cafeteria accident by my Son in Law who got burnt by a hot plate while picking up food and an employee moving the plate at the same time.
Medical service and assistance were first class, but customer relations and Hotel Manager were less than sympathetic to his missing a snorkling trip and shore visits per Dr. recomendation after blisters were poped open. Offered no compensation and or sympathy for his loss of enjoyment of the cruise.

Facilities are fine, but the beaches leave alot to be desired, the largest beach was covered with rocks and broken pieces of coral, needs to be removed. The second beach had slimy and mucky silt on the bottom which when omved clouded the water.
Don't Miss: Can be replaced by a better option untli beaches are cleaned.
