am a disabled vet in a electric scooter. At meal time try and get on an elevator. There are just not enough elevators for this many people.

Pros: Disembarkation

Cons: Not enough elevators

Service and Staff
Was placed in the lower dining room. As I am disabled and in a electric scooter and having to change elevators to get to this dining room, we asked to be changed. We were refused. Pursers office was no help. In fact down right rude to us. I asked that no tips be charged to my card for the dining room and again was refused, saying they could not do this. Needless to say this was our first and last time on RCL.
