What a way to spend Christmas

Sail Date: December 01, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

This was a great experience and a great way to wrap up 2008. It was so much fun and there was always something to do, or just relaxing on the deck was great. I'd love it if there was such a thing as a smoke free cruise, but for the most part that wasn't an issue (they tried to keep the smokers to one side of the deck). Wasn't too noticable indoors...actually had a smokefree night at the casino.

Also, we traveled with 2 people who have a tendency of getting motion sickness, and with sea bands for the most part they both said they'd do it again so stick with the bigger ships if your nervous about sea sickness.

Pros: The staff and crew were WONDERFUL...Very Accomodating and eager to help.

Cons: Leaving the ship on Sunday when we returned to Miami....8-(

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!
