First time cruising and loved it!!!

Sail Date: October 14, 2007

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

This was a beautiful ship that had everything you could ask for and more, The staff, everyone of them that we spoke to were very friendly and helped in every way that they could. Shopping on board was excellent, I thought because the shops were limited we would be charged that little bit extra, but that was not the case at all, everything was very low priced, and excellent value for money. Entertainment was also brilliant, something for everyone from bingo to talent shows to first class magician shows.

Pros: Entertainment. Food. Staterooms.....EXCELLENT

Cons: Pools not big enough to actually swim in.

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Cozumel, Mexico
chankanaab park was brilliant. Teenage children went on the dolphin swim adventure and scuba diving, not expensive at all, we did not book through the cruise line but made our own way there which saved us over $40 per couple
Don't Miss: definately chankanaab park. Beautiful beach where we spent the whole day,
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Hired a taxi and got tour of the area. Was shocked at the poverty of this place, real eyeopener.
Don't Miss: the rain forest where the bobsleigh team practised for the movie cool runnings.
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
We relaxed at the beach and did nothing which suited us just fine. Lovely beach.
George Town, Grand Cayman
spent the day browsing the shops. Unfortunately there were to much jewellery shops and perfume shops for me. Not enough other shops to visit.
